Home Heating Fuels

An explanation of our pricing system for home heating fuels:
When you call for the price of any of our home heating fuels, you will get a "cash price" per gallon of that fuel. This is the price that you would get if you were to pay the driver at the time of delivery. For our customers who have a credit approved account, we extend that price out for 10 days. That adjustment is reflected in the price deduction on your delivery ticket for 10 cents per gallon. Once you take that deduction, you are then back down to the cash price. Incidentally, you might be interested to know about our pricing for our customers.

Many fuel companies offer a great low rate for the first season when you sign up as a new customer. Then, a year or two later they find their rate has crept up to a much higher rate, usually significantly higher than our price. I often tell inquiring customers who are shopping around to call their current supplier and ask them for the price for a new customer and compare that price to their own. We want to be fair to our loyal customers, and the best way to do that is to reward loyalty. So, the price that you get as a new customer is the same one offered to someone who's been with us for 20 years. While the one year of a low price might save a few dollars in the short term, you should find much better long term savings with our company.
